First Brew at The Fork & Brewer

Friday, September 21st, 2012

One year and one week after they opened, the Fork and Brewer on Bond Street have brewed their first beer. Dion and Lester worked hard to break in the new brewing equipment and brewed two batches of a golden ale. I was there on Tuesday (and on Sunday for the test run) with my camera. Here are a selection of brew day moments.
